**PORTRAIT SESSIONS**

The Creative Session fee is due at the time of the session.  Portraits will be ready for viewing within 10 business days of your session. Delivery time on portraits is approximately 3-5 weeks from the time the order is made. A 50% deposit is required when the order is placed. The balance is due when the portraits are ready for pick up. Prices are subject to change without notice. Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all portrait sessions.  If you are not 100% happy with the images from your session, we offer the option for a reshoot or a refund of your Creative Session fee.

**ANNUAL “BEACH PORTRAITS” TRIP**

This trip normally takes place in the spring or fall and we make an “interest list” throughout the year. We make appointments based on that list. Due to the limited availability of appointments and the location, the Session Fee for Beach Portraits is $75 and a minimum order commitment of $150. The session fee is due at the time the appointment is made (not when you join the “interest list”). Should weather force a cancellation, you will be refunded the amount paid or you can receive priority for the next trip. Other cancellations not made 30 days in advance will not receive a refund but another appointment for a later beach trip.

**CREATIVE SESSION FEES**

This fee does not apply to orders placed and is due the day of the appointment. The fee covers the time of the photographer. Sessions usually last around one hour and typically produce around 30+ final images to choose from.
